Hi, I’m Marika! I officially founded Law-Tie in May 2026 with the goal of making justice and its complex structures accessible to everyone. I am currently studying Physics at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States after graduating from UWC Robert Bosch College in Germany in 2025 and receiving a full-ride scholarship as a 2024 RISE Global Winner. I love analytical thinking and problem-solving, but even more, I love using these skills to help make human rights truly universal.

I am Bouchra Geagea, a Lebanese Law student at Durham University. My academic journey motivated me to address the gaps in current legal systems. These gaps were highlighted throughout my legal experience at Lex&Co and the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants. As a Rise Fellow, I seek to work with passionate people to tackle current societal issues. Today, with the incredible team at Law-Tie, I look forward to make real impact in the youth justice system.

Hi, I'm Lia, and I'm currently in my final year at United World College Robert Bosch College in Freiburg, Germany. I am passionate about political science and human rights, with a particular interest in women's and children's rights. Through my work with UNICEF, I learned from an early age how important and eye-opening volunteering can be. It inspires, empowers, and challenges you while helping you grow as a person and discover a sense of purpose. To me, volunteering is not only about helping others. It is also about helping yourself.
